Tasks in Tilda CRM
How to Create and Manage Tasks in Tilda CRM
Tasks in Tilda CRM help you specify the next action for a lead or plan internal work that is not related to a customer. You can assign a team member responsible for the task, set a due date, priority, and notification, and track progress in the dedicated Tasks section of Tilda CRM.
You can create tasks either from leads or independently. All tasks can be managed in the separate section and linked to leads after creation.
How to Create a Task from a Lead
Open the required lead card in Tilda CRM and find the Tasks block. Click "Create".
A task creation card will open. Complete the relevant fields: task title and description, due date, priority, and stage. Assign a team member or add subtasks. The lead will be linked to the task automatically.
After you save the task, it will appear in the Tasks block in the lead card and in the main Tasks section.
Tasks Section
To open the Tasks section from the page with all lists, click Tasks in the top menu. You can also open any list, click the three-dot menu, and select Tasks.
The Tasks have two views: table and Kanban.

In the table view, each task shows its title, assignee, due date, priority, stage, and the list if the task was created from a list.
To hide unnecessary fields, click "Hide fields" in the top toolbar.
Use search and filters to find tasks by assignee, date, priority, or status.
In Kanban view, tasks are grouped into stage columns. Drag a card to another column to quickly change its stage.
Task Card
Go to the Tasks section and click "Create task."

The window that opens includes the following fields:

  • Task title and description.
  • Due date — date and time when the task must be completed, with an optional notification one day, one hour, or 30 minutes before the due date.
  • Priority — low, medium, or high.
  • Assignee — the team member you want to assign as responsible for the task.
  • The stage that the task should be assigned to.
  • Checklist for tasks that consist of several actions.
  • Use the panel on the right to select a list and a specific lead to link to the task.
After you save the task, it will appear in the main Tasks section and in the assignee’s task list.
Task Permissions
Users can view and edit tasks according to their role and access to leads. Team members can also view tasks assigned to them.

If a task is linked to a lead, you can assign it to a team member who has access to the list containing that lead. This helps protect the client data from being viewed by users without the required permissions.
