Tasks in Tilda CRM
How to Create and Manage Tasks in Tilda CRM
Tasks in Tilda CRM help you keep track of the next action for a lead or plan internal work that is not related to a customer. You can assign a team member, set a due date, priority, and reminder, and track progress in the dedicated Tasks section of Tilda CRM.
You can create tasks from leads or independently. All tasks can be managed in one section and linked to leads after creation.
How to Create a Task from a Lead
Open the required lead card in Tilda CRM and find the Tasks block. Click "Create task."
A task creation card will open. Complete the relevant fields: task title and description, due date, priority, and stage. Assign a team member or add subtasks. The lead will be linked to the task automatically.
After you save the task, it will appear in the Tasks block in the lead card and in the main Tasks section.
Tasks Section
To open the Tasks section from the page with all lists, click Tasks in the top menu. You can also open any list, click the three-dot menu, and select Tasks.
Tasks have two views: table and Kanban.

n table view, each task shows its title, assignee, due date, priority, stage, and list if the task was created from a list.
To hide unnecessary fields, click "Hide fields" in the top toolbar.
Use search and filters to find tasks by team member, date, priority, or status.
In Kanban view, tasks are grouped into stage columns. Drag a card to another column to quickly change its stage.
Task Card
Go to the Tasks section and click "Create task."

The window includes the following fields:

  • Task title and description.
  • Due date — date and time when the task must be completed, with an optional reminder one day, one hour, or 30 minutes before the due date.
  • Priority — low, medium, or high.
  • Assignee.
  • Stage.
  • Checklist for tasks that consist of several actions.
Use the panel on the right to select a list and a specific lead to link to the task.
After you save the task, it will appear in the main Tasks section and in the assignee’s task list.
Task Permissions
Users can view and edit tasks according to their role and access to leads. Team members can also view tasks assigned to them.

If a task is linked to a lead, you can assign it only to a team member who has access to the list containing that lead. Assigning the task does not give users without the required permissions access to customer data.
