Go to Dashboard > Plans and Billing or open User Menu and find Plans and Billing while editing Page
How to cancel automatic license renewal
Go to Plans and Billing and Click on 'Cancel Subscription'.
If you don't see the button, it means that automatic renewal has been cancelled already.
If you see a page like here, the automatic renewal is off.
Upgrade to Business Plan
Unfortunately, we don't have an option of automatic upgrade to Business plan.

So if you have Personal plan and want to change it to Business, you need to buy a Business Plan — for month or for year. Unused days will be recalculated automatically.
Special Plan
If you need more than 5 websites you can choose a Plan for 10, 15, 20 and 30 websites. You can pay monthly or yearly. Please find the price in your account, on the page Plans and Billing.

You can find and download your invoices at https://tilda.cc/identity/payments/
Payment troubleshooting
Payment error can occur in the following cases:

  • Bank does not support the full 3-D Secure;
  • Bank blocks the transaction for internal reasons;
  • Bank account does not have enough funds to pay the plan.

If you've called the bank and are sure that everything is fine with the card, please contact Tilda support.
