Product SEO Settings in the Catalog
If products are published, they will automatically appear in search results. A separate /sitemap-store.xml file with links to all published products is automatically created for the catalog.

To remove a product from search results, you need to make it invisible in the catalog (disable it in the Visibility column in the product list or in the product card).
You can disable Sitemap generation for products in Catalog Settings → "Additional" tab → uncheck "Enable Sitemap generation". In the same tab, you can also view a link to the Sitemap for products in the catalog.
You can also add the SEO title, description, and keywords for each product in the "SEO" tab of each product card.
Microdata markup for products in the Catalog
Each product page in the catalog is generated with built-in Schema.org microdata markup. This means that all product information is pre-marked in the code so that it can be as easy as possible for search engines and other services to retrieve all product parameters.

If you've created a separate page for a product and linked a block to the product by its ID, microdata markup will not be generated automatically for that page. You can read how to add microdata markup to a page at this link.
