Loyalty Program
How to connect and set up a loyalty program for your online store
A loyalty program encourages customers to return to your online store, place repeat orders, and choose your brand more often. This helps increase sales, average order value, and customer trust.
For the loyalty program to work correctly, connect the Online store customer account module in Site Settings.
The loyalty program only works with products from the Product Catalog. It does not apply to products created directly in a block.

How to Connect the Loyalty Program
In Site Settings, go to Built-in services and click Connect in the Loyalty Program section.
When you enable the Loyalty Program feature, the Product catalog module is connected automatically.
Click Start to set up the loyalty program.
By default, the loyalty program is disabled. After activating the feature, you also need to enable it in the settings.
In the loyalty program settings, set the status to Enabled and save the changes.
The loyalty program is now active and ready to use.
If the Online store customer account module is not connected, a notification will appear in the loyalty program dashboard. Connect the module for the loyalty program to work correctly.
How to Edit the Loyalty Program
To open the loyalty program dashboard, go to the Product Catalog and click Loyalty Program in the menu on the left.
To add a new loyalty program level, click Add level.
Fill in the basic settings:

  • Name — the name of the new loyalty level.
  • Condition — the total purchase amount a customer needs to reach to qualify for this level.
  • Discount percentage — the discount available to customers at this level.
  • Level status — active or archived.
In the additional settings, add a short and full description of the level, then select a color and icon. They will be displayed in the customer account.
The general loyalty program settings define the rules that apply to all levels. Click Configure to change the program rules.
Clicking Configure opens the loyalty program settings. Make sure to save the level before opening the settings, otherwise it will not be created.

In the settings, you can change the loyalty program status, purchase total calculation method, level transition rule, and transition delay.
Loyalty program discounts always stack with promo codes.
Loyalty program discounts do not stack with dynamic discounts. When a product is added to the cart, only one discount is applied: either the dynamic discount or the loyalty program discount. The system automatically applies whichever gives the customer the greater discount.
Customers can move to a new level immediately, after one or two days, or after one week. Select the option that works best for your store.
Once added, the level automatically appears in the list of loyalty program levels.
Important: You cannot create multiple levels with the same total purchase amount condition.
Levels are sorted automatically by the total purchase amount condition.
To edit a level, click the pencil icon.
To delete a level, click the trash icon.
Important: A deleted level cannot be restored. You can only create it again.
If you change a level's status to archived, it will appear gray in the list.
How Customers Join the Loyalty Program
The loyalty program settings provide two rules for moving customers to a new level:

  • the order status changes to Paid;
  • the order status is manually set to Completed.
If "The order status changes to Paid" is selected, the customer is enrolled in the loyalty program automatically. Level changes also happen automatically when the customer's total purchase amount reaches the condition specified in the level settings.
For example, a customer places their first order for a large amount. Once the order is paid, their loyalty level is upgraded automatically.
If the same customer places another order, their new loyalty program level will already be displayed in the cart.
When the loyalty program is active, its details are displayed and applied in the cart immediately. For example, the customer will see:

  • the total price of the items;
  • the loyalty program discount;
  • the total after the discount.
If “The order status is manually set to ‘Completed’” is selected, you need to change the order status in the online store to enroll the customer in the loyalty program.

For example, a customer places their first order on the website. To add them to the loyalty program, go to Orders and select Completed in the Order status field.
After that, when the customer adds products to the cart and starts placing a new order, they will see their loyalty program information.
Important: The rule "The order status is manually set to Completed" is suitable when you need to manually track order fulfillment. For example, when a customer pays for an order in cash.
