Loyalty Program
How to connect and set up a loyalty program for your online store
A loyalty program encourages customers to return to your online store, place repeat orders, and choose your brand more often. This helps increase sales, average order value, and customer trust.
For the Loyalty Program to work correctly, first connect the Online Store Customer Account feature in Site Settings.
The Loyalty Program only works with products from the Product Catalog. It does not work with products created directly in a block.

How to Connect the Loyalty Program
In Site Settings, go to Built-in services and click Connect in the Loyalty Program section.
When you activate the Loyalty Program, Product Catalog is connected automatically.
Click Start to set up the loyalty program.
By default, the Loyalty Program is disabled. After clicking Start on the welcome screen, enable it in the settings.
In the Loyalty Program settings, set the status to Enabled and save the changes.
The Loyalty Program is now active and ready to use.
If the Online Store Customer Account feature is not connected, a notification appears in the Loyalty Program dashboard. Connect the feature for the Loyalty Program to work correctly.
How to Edit the Loyalty Program
To open the Loyalty Program dashboard, go to the Product Catalog and click Loyalty Program in the menu on the left.
To add a new loyalty program level, click Add level.
Fill in the basic settings:

  • Name — the name of the new loyalty level.
  • Condition — the total purchase amount a customer needs to reach to qualify for this level.
  • Discount percentage — the discount available to customers at this level.
  • Level status — active or archived.
In the additional settings, add a short description of the level, then select a color and icon. These will be displayed in the customer's account.
The general Loyalty Program settings define the rules that apply to all levels. Click Configure to edit the program rules.
Click Configure to open the Loyalty Program settings. Save the level before opening the settings. Otherwise, it will not be created.

In the Settings, you can change the Loyalty Program status, amount calculation method, level transition rule, and transition delay.
Loyalty Program discounts can be combined with promo codes.
Loyalty Program discounts cannot be combined with dynamic discounts. When a product is added to the cart, only one discount is applied: Either the dynamic discount or the Loyalty Program discount. The system automatically applies the larger discount.
Customers can be transitioned to a new level immediately, after one or two days, or after one week. Select the option that works best for your store.
After you add a level, it automatically appears in the list of Loyalty Program levels.
Important: You cannot create multiple levels with the same total purchase amount condition.
Levels are sorted automatically by the total purchase amount condition.
To edit a level, click the pencil icon.
To delete a level, click the trash icon.
Important: A deleted level cannot be restored. You can only create it again.
If you change a level's status to archived, it will appear gray in the list.
How Customers Get in the Loyalty Program
In the Loyalty Program settings, you can choose one of two rules for moving customers to a new level:

  • The order status changes to Paid.
  • The order status is manually set to Completed.
If "The order status changes to Paid" is selected, customers are enrolled in the loyalty program automatically. They also move to a new level automatically when their total purchase amount reaches the amount specified in the level settings.
For example, if a customer's first order already qualifies them for a higher level, their loyalty level is upgraded automatically once the order is paid.
If the same customer places another order, their new loyalty program level will already be displayed in the cart.
When the Loyalty Program is active, the customer's level and discount are displayed in the shopping cart and applied automatically. For example, the customer will see:

  • The total price of the items.
  • The Loyalty Program discount.
  • The total price after the discount.
If "The order status is manually set to 'Completed'" is selected, change the order status to Completed to enroll the customer in the loyalty program.

For example, a customer places their first order on the website. To enroll them in the loyalty program, go to Orders and select Completed in the Order status field.
After that, when the customer adds products to the cart and starts placing a new order, they will see their loyalty program information.
Important: Select "The order status is manually set to 'Completed'" when you need to track order fulfillment manually, for example, for cash payments.
How Customers See the Loyalty Program
If a customer is enrolled in the loyalty program, their current level appears in the profile widget on the website.
Customers can also see their loyalty level in the Online Store Customer Account. A progress bar shows how much more they need to spend to reach the next level.
By default, the shopping cart shows the customer's current level and the discount provided by the loyalty program.
Loyalty Program Statistics
You can view member statistics in the Loyalty Program dashboard. The following data is currently available:

  • Total members — the number of customers currently enrolled in the loyalty program.
  • Active members — the number of customers who made.purchases in the online store within the past year.
  • Total discount — the total amount of discounts received by loyalty program members.
The levels table shows how many members are currently at each loyalty program level.
The same information is available on the level editing page.
To view more details about loyalty program members, click "Manage members."
This opens the member management page in Members Area. The table shows each member's current loyalty level.
The loyalty level and current discount are also shown in the member details.
How to Disable the Loyalty Program
You can disable the Loyalty Program in its Settings. Go to the Loyalty Program dashboard, open Settings, and click "Disable loyalty program."
Enter "Disable" to confirm. Your loyalty program will then be deleted.
Important: Loyalty program data can be restored within 30 days of deletion.
