How to display a custom Feed on a page
Using blocks from the News and Feeds category, you can display not only standard Feeds but also custom Feeds for different scenarios: team, portfolio, services, unique products, events, and other website sections.

In this guide, we explain how to display and edit fields of a custom Feed.

Creating a custom Feed
Enable the Feeds module in site settings, go to Feed creation, and create a custom CMS Feed. Add the required fields or use ready-made field sets.
Adding a block to the page
Open the Block Library and select any block.

For example, block names may include hints about the type of content their design is best suited for: team, portfolio, real estate, news, jobs, menu, services, or reviews.
Editing card fields
To configure how the block is displayed, click content.
By default, the block uses a sample Feed prepared for the current design. To replace the Feed, click its name.
In the dropdown menu, select a Feed or Feed section. If you select not set, the block will display an empty state.
To quickly open the editor of the selected Feed, click the pencil icon.
Open the cards tab and click add item. This lets you add post fields from the current Feed.
Two settings are available for a new item: field and display style. You can select a system field or any other field available for the Feed, then choose a suitable style for it. Fields can also be duplicated, deleted, and hidden.
For example, the following styles are available for the Title field: title, description, eyebrow, tag, date, price, old price, and image label.
For the Thumbnail field (image), only the image style is available.
If the block needs to display media content—for example, when different posts use different preview types such as image, gallery, or video—select the media style.
If you select the image label style for any field, the field value will be displayed over the image.
Some text fields and buttons can be combined into groups. For example, in the image below, the Title and Description fields are combined. In the published version, the joined fields are separated by a divider. You can change its style in the block settings.
If the join icon is not displayed between two fields, these fields cannot be combined.
If two buttons are added next to each other, they are combined automatically.
You can also display your own link as a button in the post card. You can set custom button text and select an icon. The button text can also be pulled from any text field.

You can set a link from a field for the entire card. Then, when the card is clicked, it will open the link specified in the custom post field.

By default, clicking a card opens the post page. If you select not set, the post will only be available through a button link, if one was added earlier.
To change the field design, go to the block settings and open the cards tab. In the list, select the field display style you want to customize.
Editing the detailed page
For custom Feeds, the FD500 block and its variations let you configure how the detailed post page is displayed.

To do this, go to block content, open the detailed page tab, and click add item.
Fields are added to the detailed page the same way they are added to the card: select a field and its display style. You can change the order of fields, combine fields of similar types, duplicate, hide, and delete items.
For example, this is what the sample post will look like.
You can also customize the design of detailed page fields. To do this, go to the block settings, open the detailed page tab, select the required style from the list, and edit its settings.
Editing the block header
In the block content, you can set a general title and description, as well as dynamically insert values from the section settings.
If the section title and short description are filled in, enabling the dynamically insert title and description from section settings option will display them in the block header.
If only the section title is filled in, only the title will be displayed in the header.
To configure section display, go to the block settings and open section settings. Here, you can disable section visibility or change the section design. By default, sections are always displayed in the block.
Editing the button at the bottom of the block
To edit the load more button, open the tab with the same name and enter the button text. After that, the button will be displayed in the Feed.

You can also add another button that links to any specified page. For example, it can lead to a page with all blog posts or to an author page.
If pagination is enabled in the block settings, the button is displayed with the default text. If you enter a button label in the block content, this text will be displayed on the page.
Field conflict when switching Feeds
If the Conflict (not found) error appears in card content after switching Feeds, it means the connected Feed does not contain the fields that were previously displayed for another Feed.
To fix the error, delete the field and add a new one, or select a similar field from the list and choose the appropriate display style.
If the new Feed has a matching field, no conflict will occur. The values will immediately appear in the post card in the tile layout.
