How to Receive Form Submissions to Your Email

Make sure to add "" to the address book in your email client. Also, try to open all the emails you receive from this email address before deleting them to prevent marking them as spam.

If you keep deleting unread emails, the data receiver may be removed from your project.
Go to the Site Settings → Forms → Email.
Enter the email address you want the submissions to be sent to. Click "Next". A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address.
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder in case you can't find it in your inbox. Click the confirmation link, and the data collection service will be activated automatically.
After clicking the confirmation link, you will be redirected to this page.
The data collection service is activated. To assign it to a form, go to the page editor, open the Content panel of the block with a form, select the "EMAIL" box under Connected Services. Publish the page. Done.
If something fails to work, make sure that the URL of the page with the form matches the one specified in the form settings.

If you need to connect an email that you do not have access to (for example, your client's email), please ask the owner of the mailbox to send you the confirmation link or forward the confirmation email.

If you seem to receive no emails, check the "Spam" folder.
How to change the subject line
You can change the subject of the email in the Site Settings → Forms → Connected Services → "Settings" button next to the Email data collection service. Please specify the subject in the input field under SUBJECT.
You can add custom text, system variables, and variable values in the format {{name}}, where "name" is the title of the variable.
